Do you know Seabuckthorn Oil could actually erase your wrinkles if massaged on your skin directly? This Oil is native to China but these days skin care companies are using it in their Anti-aging Skin Care Formulation. If you have seabuckthorn oil just massage it on your skin every night before going to bed and you'll be able to see how your wrinkles become less visible in less than a month.

Sounds good, where can I buy this oil? Do I need to mix it with any other oil?

You can buy it at any Online Organic store.MountainRoseHerbs
is the place where you can find almost any organic ingredient. There are lots of other online stores too where Seabuckthorn oil's available. If you want you can mix it with other oil or you can use it alone.

Interesting! Can it be applied around the eyes? Would it be too rich for the skin in that region?

Hi Sesame, welcome to Glowing Diva:)

Yes it can be applied around your eyes. It works better if you mix castor, sesame or rosehip seed oil with seabuckthorn oil if you wanna use it for crow's feet. Always buy seabuckthorn seed oil because berry oil will leave a yellow stain on your face, its temporary but its better to avoid it.

Yes, it can be used on Oily skin too. In fact, Seabuckthorn is also known for its acne healing property. It heals acne and clears acne marks too. You can use it everyday, if you want you can mix 2-3 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil with Seabuckthorn Oil.

Yeah, I found seabuckthorn oil at a local online store in Singapore! There are 2 versions: One is Sea Buckthorn Berry CO2 Extract and another is just Sea Buckthorn Oil. Leon, which should I get? And the owner suggested I get it mixed with promegranate oil and emu oil. Is that good for wrinkles and acne scars? Or should I just get it on its own?

Sesame you can use Seabuckthorn Oil but is it a berry oil or seed oil? Seabuckthorn Berry Oil leaves a yellow stain on your skin so go for Seabuckthorn Seed Oil. Seabuckthorn Berry CO2 Extract is extracted from the pulp of the Seabuckthorn berries and is highly concentrated, it can be used in creams and lotions but at 1-3%.

Pomegranate Oil is very good for mature skin, you can mix Seabuckthorn Oil with Pomegranate Oil . I used Emu Oil for sometime but stopped using it when I came to know that they had to kill the birds to make Oil. But Emu Oil prevents wrinkles and crow's feet.

Leon, do you know how Seabuckthorn oil measure up against Camellia Oil? I understand the latter also helps with wrinkles cos it plumps up the skin.

Hi Sesame, both Seabuckthorn Oil and Camellia Oil are rich in Unsaturated Fatty Acids. Both provide Sun Protection( to some extent), Heal Acne Scars, Promote Hair Growth and both have Anti-Wrinkle Properties. The only difference I see is Camellia Oil doesn't leave any stain on your skin but Seabuckthorn Oil leaves a slight stain on your skin(specially the berry one but its temporary).

Leon,
I have been searching the web for seabuckthorn oil... it's quite expensive. Can I find it at the health food store for cheaper?

Hi Neeets, Welcome to Glowing Diva :)

You can use Seabuckthorn Oil on Laugh Lines, you can also rub some lemon on your skin to get rid of wrinkles and laugh lines. Before going to bed, rub some Lemon on your face and rinse off after ten minutes and follow with Seabuckthorn Oil. Make sure you don't step out without applying sunscreen because Lemon contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids that make yuor skin photo sensitive.
